Principal

Steve is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Fuller Realty Partners, LLC. He has been with Fuller since 1994 and in the commercial real estate industry since 1990. He serves as Co-Managing Partner of all Fuller investment partnerships and related entities. He has been actively involved in all property acquisitions, developments and dispositions, as well as structuring the debt and equity for all of the company's investment partnerships. Steve has also been responsible for the successful negotiations of many of the major office leases.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member and past President of the Houston Chapter of CCIM.
