Construction Management

Nicki commenced employment with Fuller Realty Partners in September of 2002. She was tasked with over site of all properties, accounting, due diligence, and construction until June of 2008. A new department of the firm was embarked on and we now offer Due Diligence and Construction Project Management Services. Nicki is responsible for all capital renovations, new construction, infrastructure projects, and due diligence. These services are provided in house, as well as contracted third party as requested. Her projects with Fuller Realty Partners have included interior/exterior renovation of 3900 Essex, interior/exterior renovation of 2600 North Loop West, construction of an 85,700 square foot chemical laboratory facility, numerous interior tenant remodels, and due diligence work on the purchase/sell of 15 buildings.

Nicki was in the United States Navy from 1981 through 1988 as an aircraft electrician. Since that time she has obtained her Real Estate Brokers license in Colorado as well as instructed accounting at Colorado Mountain College. Her background of property, construction, and accounting management is the key to her department's success.
