Director of Tenant Services

Gary joined Fuller Realty Partners in February of 2007. Gary received a BA in Political Science from The University of Texas in Austin. Gary oversees Property Management, and he is actively involved in the day to day management at all Fuller properties while also performing brokerage services for clients. Gary is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson. Prior to his participation with Fuller, Mr. Garcia was in the consumer products service industry for over 20 years, working with national companies as a senior account manager.

Gary and his wife Pam have triplet boys. Gary is active in coaching his son's sports teams. In his spare time Gary enjoys golf and fishing.
