Principal

Bill is a Principal and Chairman of Fuller Realty Partners, LLC. He serves as Co-Managing Partner of all Fuller investment partnerships and related entities. He has been actively involved in acquiring and the development of all the company investments.

Bill first started Fuller in 1986 after serving as a Managing Partner of Lincoln Property Company in Texas. His previous experience includes working with CB Richard Ellis and Mobil Oil Corporation. Bill has been active in the investment real estate business for over 38 years. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/ Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
