Construction Management Services
This department provides construction project management for all of Fuller’s tenant improvement and capital improvement projects, as well as third party assignments as contracted. The team can provide all services ranging from contract reviews, contracting all vendors (i.e. architect, engineer, etc.), construction document management, permitting, overall design services, and construction oversight. Tenants can also benefit with coordination of cabling and furniture as well as arrangements for moving. Fuller manages a wide variety of construction including building renovations, tenant space renovations, and capital construction projects.
Due Diligence Services
During an acquisition of a property, Fuller can provide investors an overall study of property condition. This study will include in-depth physical reports of the structure, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing components, environmental aspects and ADA deficiencies. A complete cost analysis will be provided with stated costs required to bring all areas to current code standards, and suggestions for updating equipment to achieve cost savings.
